Start with a video call
Your first step is a 30–45 minute video consultation by Zoom or Google Meet. Our English-speaking team will walk you through the estates, spaces, accommodation options and the wedding weekend format — before you visit in person.

Choose the right estate
Based on your guest count, style and wedding format, we'll recommend the estate or combination of spaces that fits your vision. Baglio della Luna for historic atmosphere. Borgo degli Angeli for the resort experience. Or both.

Build the wedding weekend
We'll help you design the full three-day experience — welcome dinner, wedding day, pool brunch, farewell events and any pre or post-wedding activations. You don't have to have it all planned immediately.

Create the accommodation plan
Once we understand your guest list, we'll build a room allocation plan across our 57 on-site beds and Le Dhome Sicily luxury villas nearby. Families, VIP guests, friend groups and the couple's suite — all planned in advance.

Define food and experiences
Our internal kitchen team will work with you to design the full culinary programme — custom Sicilian menus, dietary accommodations, live pizza party, brunch and any special food experiences across the weekend.

Confirm logistics and rain backup
Before finalising, we confirm all logistical details: transfers, rain backup option, supplier briefings, timeline and guest communication. All four spaces have indoor weather backup options.

Arrive in Sicily with your guests
Our team handles airport coordination, check-in, welcome bags and the opening events of the weekend. You arrive as a guest in your own celebration.
